The Astray Red Frame Kai, piloted by Lowe Guele, is notable for its exceptional flexibility, thanks to extensive use of poly-caps in its construction. Once assembled, this Master Grade (MG) model can adopt a wide range of poses and brandish its armaments effortlessly. Its versatile backpack, known as 'Tactical ArmsIIL,' can transform into various configurations including Flight, Delta, and V forms. Additionally, its Sword Form can be converted to Work Form, and its Arrow Form morphs into a massive bow. The Beam Torch can either be handheld or attached to the Arrow Form for added functionality. This MG kit also includes its signature katanas: the Gerbera Straight crafted by Kiku Ichimonji and Tiger Pierce by Kotetsu, both featuring inscriptions on their handles. Two 1/100 scale Lowe Guele figures, one seated and another standing, complete the package, along with dry transfer decals and stickers for customization.

Originally launched by Bandai in February 2010 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Gunpla, the kit initially came with an extra runner of clear parts. However, this particular release does not include the bonus clear parts runner.
