Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming products before they're released. Each pre-order has a set deadline—once it passes, no new reservations are accepted. After launch, we’ll email you to settle the balance. If you’ve already paid in full, we’ll ship right away. You can also track updates via email or your member account.
Q: What is a resale product?
A:
Resale items are previously released products that are difficult to find in stores. Manufacturers occasionally reissue them to meet customer demand.
Q: What does it mean if an item is sold out?
A:
Sold-out items are currently unavailable and not in our inventory. These are usually hard to source or discontinued.
Q: Why do product release dates change?
A:
Launch dates reflect when we expect to receive inventory. Shipping delays or supplier issues may cause changes. We'll update timelines accordingly.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A:
Orders are usually final. If you need to cancel for a specific reason, contact our customer service at info@ishop2go.com. Approval isn’t guaranteed.
Q: I received my package, but some items are missing. Why?

Some items may be on pre-order or delayed. To avoid long waits, we ship available products first. Remaining items will be sent separately at no extra cost.

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For international wire transfers, email us at info@gkgundamkit.com. Note: wire transfers take about 7 business days. All prices are in HKD.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?

Charges are processed on the next business day after you place your order, including both available and pre-order items.
Q: I’ve requested a refund. When will I get my money back?
A:
After confirmation, refunds are issued within 2 business days. Credit card refunds take 3–5 business days to appear. PayPal refunds are instant.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes or customs fees?
A:
Depending on your country, import duties may apply. You’re responsible for these charges. Local customs or couriers will provide details. Delays may occur during clearance.
Q: Will I get an invoice for my order?
A:
Yes, our system automatically emails an invoice after checkout. If you didn’t receive it, check your member account’s message center.
Q: How do I notify you of a wire transfer?
A:
Please scan your wire transfer slip and email it to info@gkgundamkit.com.

Shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. Add your items to the cart to view the cost.

Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Q: How do I track my order?
A:
We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit the carrier’s site to check your order status.
Q: My order says it was shipped, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Why?
A:
Your package might be:
  • Held at customs for inspection.
  • Delayed due to incomplete shipping address.
Please contact your local postal service with your tracking number. If unresolved, we can assist, but it may take up to 3 months. Always provide a detailed shipping address.
