Return Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date you make your payment. Each order is treated independently, so if you have multiple orders placed on different dates—for example, one order placed 3 days ago and another placed today—you may only request a refund for the order placed within the 3-day window, not for both or for earlier orders.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@gkgundamkit.com within 3 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process.

Refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • If more than 3 days have passed since we received your payment and shipped your invoice.
  • If the reason for the refund is that you found a cheaper price elsewhere and therefore want to cancel.
  • If the reason for the refund is dissatisfaction with our shipping time.
Please understand that processing unreasonable or invalid refund requests places a significant burden on our staff and operations. It increases their workload substantially and results in unnecessary inventory being returned to us, affecting our stock management and efficiency.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition along with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will take care of the return shipping expenses.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive the returned item, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
