Bandai's Action Base is a display stand designed to hold different types of Gundam model kits, including SD Gundam, 1/144 and 1/100 scale models, HGUC, HG Gundam Seed, MG, and Real Robot Revolution series. This display base is unparalleled when compared to other display bases from other companies.

The Action Base 1 is a snap-fit assembly kit that is easy to assemble, with no need for cement or paint. The base has an octagonal shape with mechanical detailing and panel lines, and 10 holes to adjust the main stand's height. The support pole has a locking mechanism that allows it to extend or retract, and it is strong enough to hold the main stand in place. The main stand can also be extended upwards to pose your kit in a higher position.

The set comes with three different sizes of U-shaped holders, peg-type holders, and screw-on type holders for attaching the main stand to the crotch of the kit. Double-sided tape should be applied between the crotch of the kit and the holders to hold it in place. A name plate is also included that can be attached to any one of the holes on the base. Note that some kits may not fit.

You can attach up to six Action Base 1s together to create a fantastic display filled with Gundam kits or other robot kits in cool action poses. Check out the other color variations available!
