Bandai Spirits' Tamashii Nations has announced the latest addition to their ROBOT Spirits ver. A.N.I.M.E. series: the "Act Zaku (Augusta Research Institute Specification)." This figure is slated for release in June 2025.

In the lore of "Mobile Suit Gundam MSV" and its sequel "MS-X," the Principality of Zeon, during the latter stages of the One Year War, initiated the clandestine "Pezen Project" on the asteroid Pezun to develop new weaponry. The MS-11 Act Zaku was conceived as a direct successor to the MS-06 Zaku series, retaining the Zaku's iconic design while incorporating magnetic coating on its joints to reduce friction and enhance mobility. Additionally, it featured a new engine and beam weaponry for improved combat performance. Although the war concluded before Zeon could leverage this advancement, the Earth Federation Forces later acquired and utilized the Act Zaku, with a brief appearance in the "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" anime.

The "ROBOT Spirits Act Zaku (Augusta Research Institute Specification) ver. A.N.I.M.E." is a reimagining of the 2020 standard release, now presented in a deep blue Earth Federation Forces color scheme. The figure boasts a refined design true to the anime's original artwork and features meticulously engineered joints, including an extendable neck joint, movable axes within the chest and shoulders, and double-jointed knees, allowing for natural and dynamic poses.

The set includes a beam rifle, bullpup machine gun, beam saber, large heat hawk (in both activated and deactivated forms), and a newly added 120mm Zaku machine gun. It also comes with newly designed weapon suspension parts, enabling the attachment of three different guns to the rear skirt armor. While the set provides four transparent yellow beam effect parts, it is also compatible with separately sold items like the "Effect Parts Set 2 ver. A.N.I.M.E." for enhanced display options.

The "ROBOT Spirits <SIDE MS> MS-11 Act Zaku (Augusta Research Institute Specification) ver. A.N.I.M.E." is priced at 9,350 yen (including tax) and stands approximately 125mm tall. This ABS and PVC painted figure is scheduled for release in June 2025.
