The "Gundam Barbatos Adapt" from the new short film "Intermission Purification," commemorating the 10th anniversary of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans," is being made into a 3D model for the first time in the HG series!

Features

  The model features new parts that accurately recreate its unique look. It includes two swords, one large and one small, provided by Teiwaz.

• Enhanced Motion:
  The Gundam frame has updated parts to significantly improve the range of motion, allowing for more dynamic poses.

• 3D Model of Gundam Barbatos:
  This is the first three-dimensional model of the machine that leads to "Gundam Barbatos Lupus," representing the Gundam Barbatos that was damaged in battle at Edmonton. The repaired Gundam Barbatos Adapt is represented with all-new molding.

• Newly Sculpted Weapons:
  Both large and small swords included are newly sculpted and three-dimensional.

• Movable Features:

  • The waist thruster unit is movable, and swords are attached at both ends.
  • The new Gundam frame parts give it a greater range of motion, allowing for aggressive poses seen in the movie.

• Enhanced Joint Design:

  • The neck uses multiple axes to allow for higher head tilting.
  • Newly sculpted shoulder parts reduce interference with internal arm rotation and strengthen shoulder movement.
  • Updated abdominal parts allow for twisting movements of the upper body.
  • The hip joint introduces a swing mechanism for more natural kicking and kneeling poses.

• Polycapless Parts:
  Some joints use KPS converted parts, strengthening each joint for more stable posing.

Packaging:

• Features original illustrations by chief mecha animator Hiroshi Arisawa and commemorative visuals for the special edition "Uruzu Hunt" and the new short film screening.
