As the first entry from Armored Trooper Votoms in the Hi-Metal R series, this large-framed figure surpasses the "Scopedog Turbo Custom" as an H-Class AT and features a sculpted design with high volume and density. Despite being an H-Class AT, the figure retains the wide range of motion the series is known for, allowing users to enjoy various action poses such as "Roller Dash" and "Arm Punch," as well as landing poses and face-offs with other units in the series.

Accessories include two types of "Heavy Machine Gun" with different appearances and details, along with a Damage Blade for when "Epsilon" is piloting. The included "Epsilon" figures enable users to recreate a wide range of scenarios.
