The Perfect Grade (PG) Wing 0 Custom was a significant achievement for Bandai's engineering team. Yet, always pushing boundaries, they introduced another marvel: the Perfect Grade Gundam Mk-II. Starting with the packaging—it's enormous, containing over 739 parts spread across 30 sprues of injection-molded and ABS plastic, alongside two comprehensive manuals—one detailing the assembly process and the other delving into the mech's history with vibrant artwork. It also includes a large, intricately detailed decal sheet.
The framework of this model is exceptional, constructed from ABS plastic with a fully articulated design that incorporates all hydraulic pistons in a metallic chrome finish. This internal skeleton, reminiscent of the one in the new MG G Gundam kit, is notably robust, overcoming the slipping issue seen in previous models. The external armor is completely detachable and snaps on effortlessly.
All components come pre-colored, and while assembly is a straightforward process of snapping and screwing pieces together, opting to paint them can significantly enhance their visual appeal.
